We would much rather you contacted us so that we have the opportunity to resolve any potential issues - we promise we don't bite! Please do keep in mind that every order is hand-baked and hand-packaged with love in the Robin Rose Bakes kitchen, so your order may vary from the photographs on our website and any repeat orders may differ from each other. We strive where possible for uniformity but it's not always possible when our cakes are made by hand and not machines. We do not accept returns however if you believe there is an issue with your order and you need to be refunded, please get in touch and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.
